Inventory management in Nayax follows a four-step sequence where each step must be completed before the next.
  1. Create Product Groups: Group products into logical categories such as “Beverages,” “Snacks,” or “Confectionery” to organize your catalog.
  2. Create Products: Add individual items to the operator’s catalog with details like product name, price, and group association.
  3. Map Products to Machines: Assign products to each machine’s bins or selections to define its layout and track available stock.
  4. Pick Lists: Create a restocking list that identifies the products and quantities needed from the warehouse for each machine.
Products and OperatorsProduct groups and their products are directly associated to an operator, and cannot be added to other operators.
Once the workflow is complete, see Pick List Actions for how to update, retrieve, or delete existing pick lists.
